Investacorp's transition process is designed to get your business up, running and productive the day you join our firm.

Processing Orientation

The process begins with an intensive orientation from one of our Transition Specialists. You will receive a one-on-one orientation introducing you to the proper steps for processing all of your business through Investacorp.

Technology Orientation

After your Processing Orientation you will paricipate in a one-on-one Technology Orientation with one of our Investalink Support Specialists. This session will take you through logging on to the system and will highlight all of the amazing tools available to you through the integrated Investalink system.

Transition Team Leader

During your first 90 days with Investacorp you will be assigned a dedicated Transition Team Leader. This person will serve as your point person during the crucial 90 day transition process.

Department Specialists

Your Transition Team Leader will put you in contact with specialists in the important areas of New Accounts, Account Transfers and Compliance in order to ensure these important business areas are properly serviced for you.

Investacorp Training Institute

Typically held once a month at our home office in Miami Lakes, FL, the Investacorp Training Institute provides an intensive full day of training on processing and use of our technology resources. It is a great opportunity for either you or your sales assistant to receive even more in-depth training on important business processing matters.
