Consolidated Report
The true power of the system is demonstrated through the Consolidated Report feature. Using this Investalink tool, you can link certain accounts for a client or family and produce a Consolidated Report for all of their accounts. The report lists positions, values and balances for all accounts held by that client or family, whether trading accounts with a clearing firm or mutual fund accounts held at any of our participating sponsors. It even has some cost basis data. The report includes colorful bar charts and pie charts for a more visual overview of the client's assets. These color charts can help illustrate the concentration of assets within a certain class, objective, registration type and category. Outside assets such as homes, 401(K)s or bank accounts can be added to the report as well, so that the client is able to truly see a comprehensive report of all of their investments and valuables. The reports are easy to produce at any time you have a need. Investalink stores your list of reports so that when you need to produce one, you access your list, click on the hyperlink of the report name you want, then print it. The Consolidated Report feature is very valuable as you conduct client service meetings. Rather than digging through your file cabinets for a multitude of different statements, you can show the client the value of their investments in our easy-to-understand, up-to-date report. |
