Along with our sister companies, we provide the combined services of a national broker-dealer, RIA, insurance agency, investment bank and more. This multi-company support structure allows Investacorp’s independent advisors to guide clients through all areas of financial management. This includes tax-efficient wealth accumulation, retirement income planning, college planning, financial risk management, estate planning and business exit strategies.

Our objective, open-architecture approach to product and service deployment allows our advisors to select from commission-based, fee-based or hybrid style business models. Each of these entities primarily exists to allow our financial professionals to offer a variety of products, services and guidance in today’s competitive and highly regulated marketplace: Investacorp Inc. a FINRA registered broker-dealer; Investacorp Advisory Services Inc., a SEC registered investment advisory firm; and Valor Insurance Agency, Inc., a general insurance agency specializing in fixed insurance business.
